I've just finished my BA Hons in Media and Communications at Teesside University, and I'm looking to find a (preferably entry level) position. I pride myself in being extremely well organised and computer literate, which is what helped me through my university degree. While at university I worked on a handful of different projects and works, all of which are available on request as part of my portfolio for any interested parties. My work experience prior to university includes mostly customer service roles such as a voluntary charity shop position and call centre work. Since leaving university I have started work at Student Loans Company as a core assessor, processing applications. This work requires an eye for detail as well as a strict confidentiality agreement between myself and the employer as I am working with sensitive data.
