Job Description

We are seeking a strong, driven, and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Manager at UProspr, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will be a key player in our organization, working closely with our leadership team to drive growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles and a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create sales enablement materials and support sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to inform future strategies.
  • Setting ambitious goals and SLAs and holding team members to account Leading the day-to-day operations of a growing team of 150, ensuring we are always improving

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and conversion.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Familiarity with SEO and paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Have proven experience in both driving and converting website traffic, with a true understanding of direct response principles.
  • General understanding of traffic driving channels including (but not limited to) SEO, performance marketing, CRM and how to optimise their KPI’s.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with talent acquisition or HR technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices and trends.
  • Familiarity with design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Certification in marketing or a related field, such as HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification.
